  5. How will you establish clarity with the team and other critical stakeholders in my business?
  6. What is your leadership style?  Are you directive or consultative?
  7. What are your thoughts on company culture and how do you measure a successful culture?
  8. How do you define agility in business leadership and management?
  9. As you uncover areas for improvement and continued growth, how will you introduce them into the business?
  10. How will you motivate my team to stay through and after the transition?
